This program has been designed for school students in years 10 to 12 to help them prepare for work and develop essential employability skills and confidence to stand out and thrive in the workplace.
At the end of the program and on completing all the required activities, participants will obtain a Nationally recognised FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
This Qualification meets the Literacy and Numeracy requirements of the QCE and provides 4 QCE points.

Work Ready
Our Work Ready Program (FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways) is structured in a modular way to break up the units of competencies into logical clusters. This enables students to have incremental wins to encourage them to keep going and progress.
All assessments and activities are contextualised to real business situations enabling them to develop skills and experience in a safe, supportive environment.
After completing the three core clusters students choose three electives that best suit their individual aspirations and strengths.
This program is designed to develop confidence, knowledge, skills and experience to support students and job seekers obtain employment and thrive in the workplace. It is a flexible program that will work within other complementary programs for developing employability and technical skills.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR WORK
In this block students will learn the following skills and apply them in a range of different work scenarios:

Use Routine Strategies for Reading and Writing
Use Digital Technology for Routine Tasks.
CAREER PLANNING AND JOB PREPARATION
In this block students will learn the following skills and apply them in a way that helps them to prepare themselves for the workforce. They will create a skills-based resume, interview confidence kit and participate in mock interviews:

PARTICIPATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WORKPLACE
In this block students will learn the following skills and apply them in a variety of workplace scenarios:
Interacting effectively with others at work
Use strategies for problem solving.
CHOOSE ELECTIVES
Select three electives that best suits the needs of your cohort:
Provide a service to customers
Contribute to Workplace Health and Safety
Use hygiene for food handling
Participate in work placement/work experience
Responsible service of alcohol
Show social and cultural sensitivity
Understand routine workplace signs.
We can also credit completed units, e.g. Provide First Aid or White card.
This program is $385 per student from 2021 online. When delivered to a cohort for a school of more than 10 students the price is $199.00 per student plus delivery.
** Students get 3 attempts and on the fourth attempt, the student will have to re-enroll and pay the fee.

Under $1200 – payment is required upfront. We can discuss this for special circumstances.
Courses over $1200
$500 non-refundable enrolment fee
Equal quarterly payments over the duration of your qualification (can be paid monthly)
Corporate Training – payment on purchase order and invoice. We can discuss this for special circumstances.
Extended Payments
Extend the payment of your qualification across a longer duration using a personal loan (Full cost qualifications and does not include TAE40116)

Extensions

Hard Copy Materials
All students receive as part of their course electronic Learner Guides, Powerpoint and supplementary resources. If you would prefer a bound colour hard copy we can provide you with a custom hard copy of all of your qualification materials for all units. Requests for hard copy materials can be processed here.

Duplicate Qualifications
