Delivery
We support rolling intakes of students which means you can start at any time. We have a flexible learning environment that helps people achieve their goals and succeed in completing their qualifications which suits their life commitments, learning style and support needs. Qualifications are completed over 12 months and if you need to you can extend your course.

Online Self Directed Option
Inclusions:
- One-hour orientation meeting
- Online delivery only

- Processing eligible Credits* (*flat fee of $3,850 applies, no pro-rata'd fee adjustment)
- Learning resources* (*exception where a Textbook is required)

- Reduction for credits

Mentored Delivery
This delivery method is perfect for those students that learn best with a bit more support. While still priced very affordable it provides more coaching and mentoring on a one to one basis with your trainer.
Inclusions:
- One-hour orientation meeting
- Online delivery plus one hour individual coaching per unit. (Additional coaching available as Fee For Service)
- Tutorial Days
- Virtual Study Halls
- Student Forums
- Pro Rata Fee adjustment for eligible Credits
- Learning resources* (*exception where a Textbook is required)
- Complimentary three attempts* to attain competency, per unit of study (*additional attempts available as Fee For Service).

Forums and Connection
- Tutorial Days: Learning Partnerships Tutorial Days are Tuesday and Thursdays. You can self study through your learning materials in a comfortable learning environment.
- Virtual Study Halls: Connect with your peers and trainers with weekly tutorial days on campus (Tuesday and Thursday) and Virtual study halls monthly. You will be invited to these when you enrol so that they are always in your calendar.
- Forums: Our Student Forums allow you to ask questions and get answers and interact with both students and trainers and assessors.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is the formal acknowledgement of a person’s current skills and knowledge no matter how, when or where the learning occurred.
If you have two or more years experience you may be able to obtain part or all of the qualification through RPL with a simple process of a short question and answer document, portfolio of evidence and a third party report.

Payment Options
Payment Schedule
Under $1200 – payment is required upfront. We can discuss this for special circumstances.
Courses over $1200
- $500 non-refundable enrolment fee
- Equal quarterly payments over the duration of your qualification (can be paid monthly)
- Corporate Training – payment on purchase order and invoice. We can discuss this for special circumstances.
Extended Payments
Extend the payment of your qualification across a longer duration using a personal loan (Full cost qualifications and does not include TAE40116)

Extensions
All students receive a complimentary two-month extension. Further extensions incur the following costs. Extensions can be processed here.
- 6 month extension- $600
- 12-month extension – $1000
Hard Copy Materials
All students receive as part of their course electronic Learner Guides, Powerpoint and supplementary resources. If you would prefer a bound colour hard copy we can provide you with a custom hard copy of all of your qualification materials for all units. Requests for hard copy materials can be processed here.

- Triple Qualification $250 + postage 50
** Note Diploma of Project Management requires a textbook in addition to this of $95 hard copy or $45 electronic
Duplicate Qualifications
All students receive an electronic and hard copy of their Qualification and Transcript on Graduation. If you lose these qualifications the following costs apply. Orders for duplicate qualifications can be processed here.
- Electronic Qualification and Transcript – FREE
- Hard copy Qualification and Transcript $50 includes postage and handling.
