Learning Partnerships is pleased to introduce the first of our very talented Industry Advisory Board, Karlea Wootton, currently Branch Manager of Bank of Queensland Queensland Castletown. Karlea brings to our table a wealth of experience as well as a local knowledge.
Karlea has 17 years’ experience across the banking and finance industries with specialist focus on home lending, people development and leadership.
Karlea is best known for her ability to positively impact the overall business result including compliance and customer satisfaction measures through engaging her teams and empowering them to perform to their full potential.
Karlea is considered to be a motivational leader that works on not just technical development of skills and knowledge but is also highly focused on mindset coaching and goals planning to improve the overall wellbeing and cohesiveness of her teams. This comes through direct, honest and open communication, structured coaching and strong accountability and consistency.
Karlea continues to provide professional coaching and mentoring to a number of previous team members that have moved on to other roles or organisations and this a testament to her leadership.
